We're Helping the Homeless this Christmas

Christmas can be a particularly difficult time for anyone rough sleeping. It’s a freezing and lonely experience. This is especially the case for young people. Christmas is best shared with family. So for young people who are suffering from a family crisis or family breakdown can feel completely lost or abandoned this time of year.

22,000 vulnerable young people will be at risk of being homeless in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Imagine if it was you - sofa surfing, or sleeping in a park or on a bus on Christmas Eve. We don’t think this is acceptable.

Centrepoint’s survey of 227 young people who have been homeless found that 69% felt that no-one cared for their wellbeing, while 72% said it had a negative impact on their mental health.

This Christmas, we’re supporting people out of homelessness.

We want to be part of the solution, and give help and support to homeless people this Christmas. During November 15th to December 15th, we will donate 25% of all profits from sales on our online store. Last year, we raised £394.52. Enough to support 14 people under Crisis’ Christmas appeal.

Can you help us double this for 2019?

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. They give critical shelter and support to homeless people. Furthermore, they campaign for societal changes needed to solve homelessness altogether.

Donating directly to Crisis

If you don’t want to buy from us, but want to support Crisis directly, we recommend supporting their Christmas appeal.

£28.87 can reserve a place for someone this Christmas at one of Crisis’ centres.

With this one-off donation, you can transform the way a homeless person spends their Christmas Day and bless them with:
