- 65g Oats
- 125ml Oatmilk
- 1 handful of dried berries and seeds
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp plain plant-based yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Step 1: Add your oats and oat milk to a saucepan and set to medium heat.
Step 2: Once warm add your chia seeds and cinnamon powder. Heat until you reach your desired consistency for a bowl of porridge.
Step 3: Remove from the heat and place on a heatproof surface. Now add your plant-based yoghurt, Greek-style yoghurt gives the best results. Give the porridge a good mix. Pour the mixture into a cereal bowl.
Step 4: Sprinkle with your dried berries and seeds. Cut the figs into halves and top the porridge. Drizzle the Mable syrup over the porridge and serve.
